Creativity is one of the fastest ways to reveal whether someone is embodied or not. Because when you create from the mind alone, you produce what you think will land. When you create from the body, you produce what is already alive. One feels strategic. The other feels inevitable.
In Art of Mantra, creative authority is not about originality for the sake of standing out. It is about resonance. When something is true in the body, it carries a frequency people recognize even if they cannot explain it. That recognition is somatic. It happens before applause, before critique, before analysis.
This is why your own voice matters so much. Not just your literal voice, but your movement, your tone, your pacing, your rhythm of expression. The body communicates through all of it. When you are aligned, your creative work carries coherence. When you are not, it feels forced, no matter how polished it looks.
Somatics teaches creators to listen inward before they broadcast outward. It asks questions like: Does this feel grounded? Does this feel honest? Is this expression coming from recognition or from comparison? The body answers these questions faster than the mind ever could.
Within the Sacred Trinity, the Seer recognizes the impulse to create, the Observer notices how it moves through expression, and the Witness allows it to unfold without forcing outcome. Somatics keeps creativity rooted in authenticity instead of approval.
Because the goal is not just to make something. The goal is to make something that carries you in it.
